Waverley Community Management Company
The Management Company is responsible for the public areas of the Waverley site, and its role includes inspecting, maintaining, cleaning and landscaping these areas. The Management Company also promotes sustainable travel choices for residents of Waverley by providing travel packs and offering an annual South Yorkshire TravelMaster ticket for public transport, free of charge, to new homes.
All residents at Waverley will become members of the Management Company, which collects an annual service charge of £150 from each household and operates on a not-for-profit basis. To find out more about the Management Company and our plans for 2013, please the link below.
Waverley benefits from bus services to Sheffield, Meadowhall and Rotherham, and onward connections with bus, rail and tram services. The bus routes serving the site are the A1 and 32, and bus stops are located on Highfield Spring.
