Residential development at Waverley continues apace, with over 250 homes now built and occupied on the development. These homes have been built by Taylor Wimpey, Barratt Homes and Harron Homes. Harworth Estates is actively preparing further land parcels for release to the development market, with a timescale for total development of around 15-20 years.
Marstons have opened their family pub and 180 cover restaurant, The Winter Green in summer 2014. The pub is the second piece of community infrastructure to be constructed after the completion of a local play area in 2013. Further shops and local facilities are planned to be delivered by Harworth Estates from 2016 onwards.
At the heart of Waverley will be a thriving mixed-use local centre, providing innovative solutions for the residents and the wider community. Harworth Estates is working with occupiers and developer partners and invites interest from parties involved in the following uses:

Waverley has outline planning consent for up to 3,890 homes and ancillary uses. Reserved matters consent will be required for the development of individual land parcels. Harworth Estates supports high quality design and will work closely with house builders and developers to ensure that the character of a development parcel fits with the design code and nature of Waverley as a whole. Homes are currently being constructed to Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes and is the largest housing development in the UK building to this standard.
